Position Overview: Torden is seeking qualified linguists to support current and future Department of Defense and Intelligence Community programs. This is a general requisition to identify and maintain a pipeline of highly skilled language professionals for mission-critical assignments both within the United States (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS).
Selected candidates may be considered for roles supporting translation, interpretation, transcription, and intelligence-related activities across a range of operational environments.

Potential Responsibilities:
Perform translation and interpretation of written and spoken materials
Conduct transcription and analysis of audio and text sources
Provide linguistic and cultural expertise in support of intelligence operations
Support mission activities in both garrison and deployed environments
Prepare reports, summaries, and briefings as required
Basic Qualifications:
Active U.S. Government security clearance (Secret through TS/SCI)
U.S. Citizenship required
Demonstrated proficiency in one or more target languages
Ability to work onsite and deploy on Temporary Duty (TDY) assignments
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications:
ILR proficiency level 3/3 or higher (or equivalent)
Prior experience supporting DoD or Intelligence Community missions
DLPT, OPI, or other recognized language certification
Experience in operational or austere environments
Work Environment: Assignments may include CONUS and OCONUS locations, with opportunities for short- and long-term TDY deployments. Work is typically performed in secure environments and may require extended hours depending on mission requirements.
